Why can't my child attend the lessons?

Why is my child being removed from lessons and/or unable to view recordings?

Your child will be removed from lessons and permission will be denied to MOS Zoom recordings if they are not using an MOS registered Zoom account. They will appear as a ‘Guest’ to teachers. Guest access is not permitted for safeguarding and data protection reasons.

Tip: If your child is showing as a guest, try logging out of Zoom on the relevant device(s) through the browser and Zoom Client application. If this does not work, please contact our Live Chat team during business hours. If contacting us outside of business hours, please contact your Success Coordinator via email. We will check your child’s email in our Zoom database.
